Two guys who got sick of rigid and corporate ways of working decided to setup their own digital, lean, Agile consultancy at the beginning of this year.
They are now a team of 12 and winning more and more projects by the day so need a Senior Full Stack Developer (Relative technology agnostic – projects tend to be React/Vue/Angular on the front end with backend work across Node, Java and Python currently) Key to this is the ability to mentor and upskill more junior members of the team and liaise directly with clients.
It is a flexible environment with remote not a problem – the team currently working from home most of the time but if you want to be in the office that is also fine (Shoreditch).
Projects vary which means you will get exposure to a pretty broad tech stack but at the moment everything is React on the front end with backend work from Node through to Java and Python – just depends on the end client, hence the full stack nature.
Speaking of end clients the majority of their clients are tech companies in the startup or scaleup space but they are also working with some big brands as well.
It is a pretty cool environment and due to the consultative nature of the company they often advise clients on what tech they should be using. This is a software engineering consultancy built by engineers by the way – not business people. So they have as much of an interest in keeping their skills bleeding edge as you do.
Salary: Up to £70,000

Well they are pretty flexible really. Due to the nature of what they do they often have multiple projects on the go and with new projects coming in all the time the tech stack isn’t too rigid. Generally it is just strong full stack developer skills but this should give you a general idea though.
– Full Stack Developer

– Not afraid to liaise with and be in front of clients / stakeholders
– Agile including CI / CD
– Strong ability to leave code in a clean – easily manageable state for others to pick up.
