Emtec is a specialist recruitment agency and is committed to only using the information we collect via www.emtec.co.io and online CV databases and advertisements and other legitimate means, for the reasons it is intended, namely to assist job seekers in the embedded systems industry and aid clients wishing to fill a vacancy in the embedded systems industry.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

Emtec work to “legitimate interests” as a lawful basis for processing.

Legitimate interests is the most flexible lawful basis for processing, Emtec will only use an individuals email address, phone number and CV in a way that would be reasonably expected when you are, have or there is a reasonable expectation that at some point the individual could be look for a new job or require assistance to fill a vacancy. As result there will be a minimal privacy impact.
The legitimate interests can be Emtec own interests, or the interests of third parties. They can include commercial interests, individual interests or broader societal benefits.
